Instructions and Transaction Security

To successfully submit the Online Subscription form please follow the instructions:

  • Fill the Online Subscription Form and submit the details at https://www.secure.icfai.org/splendour/subscription.asp (online payments are supported by Icfai Payment Gateway)

  • As the next step, you will be brought to Confirmation page where you may verify that all the information provided is correct. Click the ‘Modify’ link if you wish to make any changes otherwise click on ‘Continue’.

  • Once you have submitted your Online Subscription Form successfully, you are directed to secure “Citibank Payment Gateway”. Citibank supports Icfai Online Payment system. Please follow the following steps for a successful transaction.

  1. Please enter your 16 digit Card number correctly

  2. Please enter the card expiry date in the MM-YY format only

  3. Enter your Card Verification Number /Card Verification Code (CVV) if you are using Visa/Master Card. (You can find your three digit card verification number in the signature area on the back of the Credit Card)

  4. We require for your safety and security, that you enter your Card Verification Number, if it is available. If it is not available, please try using a different Credit Card 

  5. Enter your HPIN Number (Internet PIN/Personal identification Number issued by Citibank for its customers) too if you are using Citibank Card.

  6. Make sure to press the ‘Submit’ button only once (Citibank Payment Gateway screen). Clicking of ‘Submit’ button for the second time may result in Charging of your Card for the second time. So, we recommend you to wait for a while, in order to transmit your data to the Payment Gateway Server.

  7.  After submitting your Credit Card details, Citibank will authorize the credit card and then online authorization will be received from Citibank along with Order No.

  8. Click “Continue” button on that page. You will be taken back to our site.

  9. DO NOT CLOSE the browser window till you are not taken back to our site. If you close the window, your transaction will be incomplete and you will not receive any information from The Alpha Foundation

You would also receive an email confirmation message with the Transaction details and the Order No. Please quote this Order No. if you wish to seek any information regarding  online payment.
