Affirmations are statements of belief. If you tell yourself something often enough, you may just be able to will it happen. Say it. Believe it. It will happen!

 I release the past and other people’s opinions of me.

I release all my fears and doubts.

I release the need to be critical and judgemental of myself. I accept all those around me with love and respect.

I am open and receptive to all good in life.
