One has only to study the lives of those who have accepted this counsel, and the psychologists who earn their living by promulgating it – in fact, one has only to look at the more ‘grounded and honest’ monkeys and horses, whose lives are already without our psychological complexes – to see that the ‘solution’ offered is fatally flawed. For it seeks ‘answers’ in unconsciousness, and not in super-consciousness. One waits in vain for psychoanalysis to produce even one example of radiant self-integration. All it has accomplished so far is perhaps to make the psychic limp less pronounced. |
