We come across a number of Sanskrit words in our daily life.  More often than not, we might like to know the correct meaning of such words.  Here is a small exercise for you to test your knowledge of such words.

Answers with explanation

1. Krodhaha: This is one of the six bad qualities that a human being should shed.    

    Kaama, Krodha, Lobha, Moha, Mada and Maatsarya. Krodha means anger.    

2. Asanaa: This means a desire to eat i.e. hunger.

3. Vairinaha: This denotes a person having enemity.

4. Dhoomaha :This refers to smoke.

5. Vahnihi:This means fire.
