This is one of the very popular kritis of Bhakta Raamadaasa. The ultimate achievement of Bhakti, the faith in Lord is to make the devotee realize that the entire universe, seen and unseen, is the manifestation of the Lord. Such great devotees start seeing the Lord in each and everything, living and non-living. Bhakta Raamadaasa also attained such a state and realized the presence of the Lord in each and everything. This kriti reflects such state of mind of Raamadaasa.

Meaning: This entire world is filled with Lord Rama....Everywhere is Rama.

Charanam 1: Inside the heart, the Lord Rama is doing wonders in His endless and eternal forms. The Sun the Moon, the gods, the seers, the deep oceans and those which take birth from this earth (referring to trees, bushes etc.) all are filled with Lord Rama.

Charanam 2 : The world which we see (Andaandamu) the individuals (pindaandamu) the entire universe (Brahmaandamu) and the Brahman (the one responsible for running this universe), then the rivers, the woods and all varieties of animals, the allocated duties of human beings and the Vedaas and Shaasthraas all are filled with the Lord Rama.

Charanam 3: The eight directions, the great serpent Adi Seshuvu, on whom the Lord relaxes, the six internal enemies of human beings, namely desire, anger, peevishness, attachment, pride, vengeance ... kaama, krodha, lobha, moha, mada, maatsarya... are also the manifestations of the Lord. And the one who grants all the prayers of Raamadaasa also nothing but the Lord.
