Apaarakarunaasindho!
Nivaarana-paraanimaan
Vidaaraya Hiranyaaksha-
vidaarana-nakhaayudhaih

Ocean of infinite mercy! Tear to pieces with Your weapons, viz., nails which rent asunder Hiranyaksha1, these people who are trying to prevent me.

Sarvavedaantavedyaaya
kaaranaaya mahaatman
Sarvaloka saranyaaya
SriNrisimhaaya mangalam

Auspiciousness to Sri Nrsimha who is to be known through all the Upanishads, Who is the Prime Cause (of the Universe), and the Supreme Self and Who is the sole refuge of all the living beings!

Seshine sarvavastunam vaanchitaarthapradaayi
Samsritaanaam sadaa bhuyaat SriNrsimhaaya Mangalam
