Narasimha Kshetras - M S Rajajee |
Part II |
Ahobilam is rightly regarded as the most important of the Narasimha Kshetras as there are nine shrines for Lord Narasimha here, apart from Sri Prahlada Varada Narasimha Shrine which is at the foot of the Hills. The other nine Narasimha shrines are the following: |
1. Ahobila Narasimha
Shrine 7. Bhargava Narasimha Shrine 8. Maalola Narasimha Shrine 9. Chatravata Narasimha Shrine |
Since the Nava Narasimhas are within an extent of five krosas, this Kshetra is also called Pancha Krosa Kshetra. A little later, we will give detailed description of these different shrines. |
