Madhva’s Teachings

There are two orders of reality––the Independent and the dependent.

The Supreme Being should be accepted as the Creator, sustainer etc., of this vast universe of stupendous organization.

It is not acceptable to Vyasa that the distinction between the independent Brahman and the dependent souls is merely phenomenal; for he declares the Supreme, in all seriousness, to be the controller of the many Purusas and superior to them in so many ways.
